Typical Installation.
On a typical installation, SofTrack has to be installed on all computers that will run the software. The database will reside in the server, and all other computers, will point to the server when it comes to the database (instructions on how to achieve this are in the help files). The computers in the shop can be used, the only requirement is that they have at least 512MB Ram.
SofTrack accepts any CCD- 3” type scanner. For our installations we use
MS210-K - Unitech America CCD Scanner 3" Scan width.
or QuickScan® QS6500 works as well.
